Accessing the von Hagge [dot] com ftp site
Don't have a password?
Contact von Hagge Smelek & Baril to have your ftp account set up and to be assigned a ftp user and password.
I already have a password
Once your have your password (please read instructions below) click here to ftp.vonhagge.com. Using Internet Explorer you will be prompted to:
- enter your user name and password
- To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open Site in Windows Explorer.
- Download files you can just click on the files you see in your directory
- Upload files click page (found to the right on your Internet Explorer window) > then in the drop down menu click Open Site in Windows Explorer you then can paste your files as you would normally and they will be uploaded to your folder on the von Hagge ftp site.
Some firewall issues prevent this method from being used, if you're having trouble gaining access to the ftp site and you have verified your user name and password are correct you may need to download an ftp utility. You can download either one of the following freeware utilities.
- For the PC and Mac OSX (10.5 or higher) operating system we recommend using FileZilla to download the client here http://filezilla-project.org after you install the application user your provided von Hagge [dot] com user name and password at the prompts.
- For the Mac CyberDuck click here to be directed to their download page. CyberDuck is a freeware ftp utility.
